It is impossible to talk to a live person. I had booked the 170 king bed for my granddaughters wedding night and then went back to hang up on the Hilton honors call that I was on hold... apparently the reservation didn't go through and when I returned to your site you said there were no more 170 king rooms available...I am not happy. I will be calling Hilton honors and see what can be done.
