“The website is slow/sluggish/unresponsive. Customer service is unresponsive. I have emailed twice about a shirt I bought, only to see it go on sale 2 days alter and when asked about it, I didnt get any replies back. Pitiful service and communication for a company that sells shirts for over $100. NOT HAPPY.”

“The shirt I received although expensive was very good quality. It is exactly what I needed for an upcoming wedding. Will definitely buy here again. Star lost as quite expensive, will look to sales for future bargains. Love the extensive range though particularly the white shirts which have very clever detail with colour thread and buttons.”
