“Received jumper next day but sizing is massive hence returned for a refund. Purchased XXL as I have over 20 Guide shirts of the same size. Refund issued promptly.”

“The shirts are great. However, I was less enthusiastic about the extra tax for shipping to the Netherlands. Brexit makes me pay almost 40 euros extra in tax for a shirt of about 99 euros. I would recommend Guide London to be clear and transparent about extra costs (and estimate them!) and this practice. The price/quality ratio gets bad this way.”

“We spotted a guide of London shirt in our local store however they did not have the correct size that we needed. I went online to guide clothing and found the same shirt there. I ordered it online, but as it was between Christmas and the New Year delivery was delayed. The customer service provided by this company was exceptional, and as the shirt was reduced, they refunded the difference back to me. The shirt is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent quality and well finished and I will definitely be purchasing more from this company.”

“I cannot tell you just how I am thrilled to have slighted upon Guide London. Credit goes to Guilleme Balague who is a wearer and thus brought my attention to the brand. (He was wearing a Guide London shirt at a book launch.) The shirts are extremely well designed well made, and with top class material . These are the best shirts I have purchased in many a year.”

“I have bought many shirts from Guide in the past but this one is not up to the usual high standard. It creases easily and is a nightmare to iron. Not too happy this time.”

“Sadly they let me down. I enquired about the jumper being delivered in a plain box so my husband wouldn’t know what it was when delivered. They sent in plain box but taped up with their branded masking tape !!!”
