“Brilliant bit of kit”

“Bought online & collected in store. Used straight away on large hardwood logs. Excellent piece of equipment sitting neatly between my MS 881 & MS 500i. More manoeuvrable than the MS881 being lighter and less tiring to use over time. More powerful than the MS500i for dealing with a large number of oversized logs. Would certainly recommend for large scale forestry work.”

“Easy transaction just the way it’s supposed to be. These STIHL pants are not available in the States, and Gustharts is the only store which carries them and was willing to ship to me. Not only did they ship them to me, they shipped quickly, and were packaged well. Outstanding experience for which I am very much appreciative! Cheers!🍻”

“Was only a simple purchase. One SG31 pump sprayer and a spare nozzle… but… everything good start to finish. I also liked the way that the spare nozzle was shipped in the same box.”

“The website is well organized and helpful, the shipping parcel was well packed and arrived in a timely manner with all items in perfect condition. The Sintung lopper was immediately put to use cutting branches, one of which was near the maximum size limit.”

“Very poor quality product and design. The brand new blower body will come to you pre-scratched due to the very poor way it's packaged, it allows the blowers body to move about and rub against the packaging so much that it looks like it's been attacked with 120 grit sand paper right ot of the box, OK, it's going to get scratched during ownership, but like that from brand new is a very bad look. Second issue is the design of the battery "guides" in both the body and charger, they're a very sloppy fit and are merely there as a suggestion for guiding the battery onto the connectors, the battery casing is already showing signs of damage by the connector pins, and one of the connectors has already bent due to trying to locate the battery onto the connectors during installation. From what I've seen so far I do not believe this piece of equipment is built for any sort of longevity. Had I have not needed to use this blower when I received it, it would have been returned.”

“Excellent service from Gustharts Ltd from start to finish. I ordered the Petzl Footape Foot Loop Ascender and the whole process was faultless. The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Communication throughout was prompt, friendly and professional. All the relevant documentation and product information were included, which was greatly appreciated. The Footape is genuine Petzl quality and exactly as described. It's comfortable, lightweight and ideal for rope access and ascending systems. The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Gustharts Ltd again in the future. Highly recommended seller with excellent products, fast dispatch and first-class communication.”

“Excellent service. We were able to source a replacement cutter bar for our Stihl hedger from Gustharts online, they posted it to Australia and it arrived quickly and was exactly the right part for our machine. Very happy with their service!”
