“Very poor quality product and design. The brand new blower body will come to you pre-scratched due to the very poor way it's packaged, it allows the blowers body to move about and rub against the packaging so much that it looks like it's been attacked with 120 grit sand paper right ot of the box, OK, it's going to get scratched during ownership, but like that from brand new is a very bad look. Second issue is the design of the battery "guides" in both the body and charger, they're a very sloppy fit and are merely there as a suggestion for guiding the battery onto the connectors, the battery casing is already showing signs of damage by the connector pins, and one of the connectors has already bent due to trying to locate the battery onto the connectors during installation. From what I've seen so far I do not believe this piece of equipment is built for any sort of longevity. Had I have not needed to use this blower when I received it, it would have been returned.”

Hi Annicka, Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry your order didn’t arrive. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost by the courier while in transit, which we completely understand is frustrating.
