“Whilst communications from Gustharts were excellent, they were let down by the Royal Mail delivery service, which frankly was very poor. When I did receive my ordered item it was exactly what I had ordered but I have not had a chance to use it yet, so cannot comment on performance etc etc.”

“No problem with this company, great delivery times etc, disappointed with the item as it's enormous for the equipment I have, realise now it's one carry bag suitable for 4 various types of tools some large and some small.l. Unfortunately my leaf blower gets totally lost in this huge bag.”

“Package arrived in quick time to Australia with plenty of email updates during transit. The ISC Reflex packaging was poor and item was loose in the box. I thought someone had removed it at some point. Something that ISC need to know about. But, the cardboard packaging didn’t contain plastic which was a plus.”

“Ordered from Japan. I browsed several online stores carrying similar arborist gear, and Gustharts stood out for its competitive pricing. One drawback worth mentioning: when purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost increases significantly — even when everything should ship together in a single package. One item I ordered was out of stock, and we exchanged a few emails to sort it out. The communication was smooth and the issue was handled efficiently. Arborist equipment tends to be UK-made, which means buying it in Japan usually comes at a premium. Being able to order directly from a UK supplier like Gustharts is genuinely helpful. I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“Good stock availability & speedy delivery. Slight negative was instruction manual inside Stihl scarifier was badly creased. Small bag containing Alan key & screws was broken with the lose parts spread about inside the box. Hope this wasn’t a display or return .”
