“Mr. Alexander arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Apprised me of what he found and did not try to sell me any services I did not need. The price charged for the job was in line with the size of a regular sized townhome. My neighbor was so impressed with the job he did, he asked Mr. Alexander back to do work on his gutters. I would recommend GutterMaid to anyone.”

“I have used GutterMaid for the last three years and they do a great job. Their automation is great. They remind you when it's time, deliver you a report when the cleaning is done, and you can even pay online. I did the entire process without picking up the phone. If you want a modern company who does a great job look no further.”

“Everything went as stated. After putting in a service request at the website I was contacted the day before service. Day of service, I was contacted again with a one-hour "heads-up". The gentleman who cleaned the gutters was polite and got the job done quickly. The past day it has rained over two inches and everything is functioning well, the previously clogged downspouts have been taken care of.”

“Great service! Found an ad. on Facebook, I scheduled a service. The technician showed up when he was supposed to. Did the job and cleaned up afterward. I paid online. I will use them again!”

“Very pleased with the service. Easy to schedule and they kept us informed about when they would be here. The technician showed up on time and did an excellent job. We had a lot of debris on our roof and he got it all cleaned off in addition to checking the gutters. We will definitely use them again.”

“Painless process and quality work. The technician cleaned my gutters thoroughly, hammered in loose nails, and was done in about 30 minutes. No mess or debris left either. Everything is electronic, so no need to keep track of paperwork. They deliver a report summarizing the job completed along with any recommendations (general roofing issues, gutter issues, etc.). Great experience!”

“I guess I must have picked the busiest season of the year to have my gutters cleaned, because it took a couple weeks to get to me, but they did a great job. I could tell they were working hard to get through the backlog, because my service technician showed up at 6pm on a Friday night! But he was cheerful and polite, cleaned everything out and recommended that we re-caulk the gutters in the future, but it wasn't urgent and didn't need to be done this visit. Visit occurred in a timely fashion and was billed as advertised. Excellent service, would use again.”

“GutterMaid did a great professional job. They showed up at the house right when they said they would and got the job done in no time. They sent me pictures of all the cleared out gutters. We had a heavy rain the following day and the gutters worked perfect; no overflow at the top and no back up at the bottom of the gutters. They did not try to do the bait and switch either; what they quoted me it was going to cost is what they charged when the job was completed. No unforeseen add ons' or sales pitch when they arrived to add other services. I highly recommend them and will use them again after the Fall.”

“I arranged for GutterMaid to clean gutters on my house in Fairfax, VA. The booking software was very user friendly and the company kept me up-to-date on the scheduled date. The technician called me the day of the appointment and they were able to do their work without me being home. I was very happy with the smoothness of the process.”
