“They wanted to charge me a $30 fee for an insurance certificate!”

Hi Tim, Our insurance provider charges a $25 admin fee (not $30) to add additionally insured to our insurance policy, so the fee comes from them, not us. They usually waive the fee for us to add someone here and there. But if we needed to add multiple properties, they would charge us the $25 fee for each property. I am not sure if you would like for us to add only you as a policy holder, or if we need to add each or your properties. If it's only you, there would be no charge. It seems like maybe there was some confusion, and I do apologize about that. Alex, the girl you spoke with, has never dealt with adding anyone to our policy before. I know she did consult with a manager, but she probably should have just let her manager handle your account. Can I get you in touch with someone with more experience that will be able assist you better?
