“My experience with guttermaid service was very positive. They showed up when advertised, and were thorough in cleaning gutters on all levels- and it made a world of difference, especially in heavy rains. Customer service and reachability is also very good.”

“Guttermaid is an easy no fuss, no pressure company. Love that I make an appointment online, and it is confirmed with an email. The man that cleaned our gutters called 30 mins before arrival, and was very nice. Took pictures of the gutters and emailed them with an invoice and suggestions for improvements and over all assessment. No slimey-creepy sales stuff.”

“Guttermaid is my go to service provider, twice a year to clear the gutters of our home. They send reminders for scheduling, offer flexible scheduling, and best of all, I don't need to be home for them to complete their work. The technicians are professional and ensure I am satisfied with their work. Thank you for taking a seasonal task off my list.”

“The technician was very professional in that he phone me prior to his coming to my home even though it was not required that any one be there in order to have the gutters cleaned. The examination report as well as the pictures of my entire roof and gutters were detailed and professionally done. I've only had good positive experience when working or speaking with anyone connected to this company. Would totally recommend”

“This is a great company. Gutters are overlooked until the lack of maintenance causes a lot of damage to a home. With GutterMaid, it's so easy to book; the technicians are very professional; and the prices are more than reasonable. Plus they provide pictures of what they did, and make recommendations for repairs with a cost estimate to do the work. And you can schedule reminders the next season's service appointment. I used them at my old house, and now on the one I just bought”

“Good office communication, the gutter cleaners called in advance with their arrival time. They were prompt, explained their process and got the work done efficiently. Slight up charge from what I was quoted originally but my house is a bit bigger than average SFH”

“These guys are amazing! I received an email that their appts got pushed back bc of weather conditions and they still got to me ASAP. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. And the online system to make payment is great so I don't have to worry about leaving a check if I'm not home. Thank you guys for such a great job today. I definitely recommend and will be issuing them again!”

“I can't give GutterMaid enough stars. There was a minor issue when it appeared that a loose gutter spike had not been repaired during the initial service. I sent an email inquiring about it and got an immediate call back. They explained what happened and set up a second service. During the second service the technician replaced the gutter spike with a new gutter hanger and took pictures to demonstrate how it functioned. And all of this at no additional cost to me. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be going back to GutterMaid!”

“first time using guttermaid they called and told me when they would be arriving when I returned gutters were clean, secured and the area was cleaned so you wouldn't even know they had been there will definitely use them again thank you”

“Since we bought our home in late 2016, we've used Guttermaid three times. We've booked over the phone and online and have always found the process to be easy and free of any upselling or pressure. Every interaction with a person has been friendly and professional. While appointments will initially be scheduled for "the week of", you will get a call or an email the day before it will actually happen and, upon request, a phone call from the technician that morning. Since I don't need to be home for the appointments, this works just fine for me. We really like Guttermaid and have recommended the service to friends and neighbors.”
