“GW were very helpful in completing an equity release in a time critical way. The access to a portal to keep an eye of how things were progressing was brilliant, not needing to keep making phone calls or emails. During covid the local representative also dealt with our needs quickly and safely. Would definitely recommend.”

“The equity release work carried out on our behalf by GWlegal was absolutely fine, and we were kept well informed at all stages of the process. However we were rather irritated to receive a letter from GWlegal giving us advice about gifting monies, and charging us for it. We were already well aware of the UK gifting arrangements, and did not request the information therein. The letter fee of £75.00 + VAT was embedded into the loan, and over the loan period will have increased considerably.”
