“I found the final stages of the process very poorly managed. Mistakes made on figures delaying completion, poor communication not advising on delays - only found things out if I contacted GW team. All in all a lot of frustration and stress caused giving a total lack of confidence. Glad it’s over!”

“I am full of admiration for the way GWlegal handled the sale and purchase of our properties. OK I will be honest-I am not at all convinced that the widespread alteration in working practices post Covid has provided a level of service anywhere near what prevailed before. GWlegal, however, have been the exception. When individuals were not available for whatever reason there was a seamless, extremely efficient response from another member of the team. Moving home is very stressful and I was no exception! What a relief it was that my stress induced reactions to the perils of house moving were met with calm logic and friendly advice. I can’t thank enough all those at GWlegal who made what can be one of the most worrying of life’s events such a pleasant experience. Thank you all! Alan Bathgate”
