“Easy to deal with. No pointless phone calls. Just got on with it. Completion achieved very quickly.”

“Overloaded with 146pages of information.. No one actually in control and as a result we lost our contract despite all our compliance. You were still processing our case right up to a few days before its sudden cancellation. We felt abandoned because you didn’t see it coming and didn’t warn us. This is not all Legal and General’s fault.”
