“I have required the services of GWlegal on 3 separate occasions and have always been amazed by the commitment, dedication and support I received from onboarding right through to mortgage completion. On a few occasions, I have spoken very briefly to a few members of the team but I would like to acknowledge my Case Handler, Elaine Beamish. Each time I thank her she constantly reminds me that she’s just doing her job, but I am grateful for what always felt like she consistently went the extra mile. “I have been pleased on the whole with the service I received from this company, they have kept me informed all along, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because on the call to me on completion of the work there was no security done with me on the phone so I could have been anyone answering the phone.”
