“All was handled quickly and efficiently with great comminucation.”

“Poor communication, lack of urgency, inadequate attention to detail, robotic and generally unhelpful. Job ultimately got done once the urgency suited them, but painfully obvious as a customer that you are just a number to them.”

“Everything was dealt with in a professional manor and sooner than the timescale expected. Spoke to Alexandra Spragg on the phone, she was very pleasant and sounded very approachable. Mary Hickey who came to our home to witness our signatures and then send the paperwork off was also very nice, put us at ease and got the job done swiftly.
