“All went well and was brought to a successful conclusion. There was some confusion over exactly what was required for the occupier's consent (in addition to the deed) but it was soon resolved.”

She dealt with the whole process promptly and professionally, handling our queries with clear responses and supporting us throughout with whatever was required.
