“Service was on the whole good.. My only issue was that the paperwork did not arrive for 8 days, which meant I was not in receipt of it for the Solicitor’s appointment. I had to print out the paperwork using my own resources. I did not think this aspect of the service was very professional.”

“Very helpful throughout good correspondence and attention to detail recommend. Lisa was a tremendous help. Following my strokes, I find paperwork quite tricky but all the team was very caring and helpful. Linda from the home visit was fast and articulate and kind-natured. I would definitely recommend this company if you are using it for Equity. Plus quick at responding to any queries I had.”
