“The Home Visit from Imran to complete the paperwork was excellent. He was extremely professional and efficient, but at the same time very personable. It was a pleasure to meet him. Emma Gilhooley was also very professional and returned calls and emails promptly. A couple of misunderstandings but sorted in a timely manner. A rapid completion on our Lifetime Mortgage with just one detail to complete. Just a bit of a shock with an extra amount added to our final account, otherwise an excellent experience. Thank you”
