“The procedure from start to finish in obtaining Equity Release was fantastic. I was very nervous at first as was not sure understanding all the legal jargon, but everything was explained clearly and thoroughly from first contact with Age Partnership, Mary Kelly the very helpful Solicitor and so completion went smoothly. “I found the advisor I dealt with very helpful patient and willing to answer all my questions. I had lots to ask each time I was sent paper work to read through, and this was never a problem to him, even when I asked the same question more than once. It was a big step for me, and being on my own, I was quite concerned, worried, and anxious to take this step. But Craig Spiers put my mind at ease and found the best deal to suit me and my situation. When I spoke to his assistant she was very helpful and also answered any questions and passed on my messages to Craig. I had no need to be so Anxious, I used the Solicitor they recommended, and have now been told all has been approved and my money should be in my account in a few days...”
