“Although the whole process took much longer than we were led to believe, this delay was down to the lender. Once the lender finally approved the advance, solicitors were remarkably quick in achieving completion. We were particularly impressed with Emma's friendly but professional assistance in answering our queries and chasing third parties when necessary.”
