“A brilliant and pleasant experience all the way through. I was a tad concerned in the beginning as the firm is hundreds of miles away from me but everything was great. I was kept very well informed at every stage (and in between) and I knew I could contact them for advice, help, reassurance etc at any time and would always get someone who knew what was going on with my case. The local solicitor, retained by the firm, who dealt with my paperwork was easy to talk with, didn't use lots of jargon and was very reassuring about what was happening. The whole experience was speedy, easy to follow and I was well supprted.”

“I was extremely pleased with the way Clair Hessey handed my equity release. She keeped me up to date with the progress and was there to advise me. I was so relieved that she found out that my property had not been registered at the Land Registery Office. Had I not applied for equity I would never if found that out. Clare was absolutely amazing.
