“The contemplation of engaging in the equity release process had occupied my thoughts for a considerable duration. Given my solitary status with no surviving family to bequeath my residence to, the logical course of action was to unlock some financial resources for personal enjoyment. Despite initial hesitations and a few months of mulling over potential drawbacks and the overall disruptions it might entail, I eventually seized the initiative. To my pleasant surprise, the entire procedure unfolded seamlessly, with everyone involved proving exceptionally helpful. It turned out to be a more straightforward undertaking than initially envisaged.”

“G W Legal were first choice as local Solicitors do not have a good reputation for promptness and feedback. Linked to G W via Age Partnership and everything went smoothly including solicitor visit at home. Slight hold up due to confirming our identity as we do not have passports now ( as older clients may not plan to travel) . Once sorted business concluded quickly thank you.”
