“Very disappointed with their service, lack of communication, we had to liaise with the Estate Agent because the Solicitors were not updating them enough, so they kept pestering us to find out what was happening. They did not keep us informed with progress regularly. We had to constantly chase them for updates and they would often not even call us back. We often wondered what we were paying them for. They took way too long to process our purchase. Very long and frustrating time to buy our House.”
