“Living on my own with no living family members I was fearful that this request for a further lifetime mortgage would be very nerve racking, but have to thank everyone concerned at GWlegal to say I needn't have worried. “My experience with GWlegal was pleasantly quick and efficient. I was visited in my home to sign the necessary paperwork, etc and certified copies of all my documents were taken there and then by the solicitor saving me the effort of getting copies certified. Seamless from start to finish.”

“I have been very impressed by the service provided by GW Legal. I would highlight four key and impressive features:- 1) an excellent website and client login making it easy to follow the progress of your case 2) Helpful and timely email and text message updates and reminders 3) The excellent personal care and communication provided by my case manager Emma Gilhooley 4) The convenience of the personal home visit by Mr Imran Akram - Agent Solicitor for GW Legal. Mr Akram communicated very well prior to his visit to my home setting out clearly the information required. He was very flexible with regard to the date and time of my meeting with him. On the day that Mr Akram attended my home to go through all the documents and legal formalities he was consummately professional, clear in his explanations, had impressively thorough knowledge of my case and the details of the process involved. He was also excellent at answering any questions or queries that I had. Alongside all of his impressive professional ability Mr Akram was also very polite, friendly and helpful at all times. In summary I could not have been more impressed by the service provided by GW Legal and the team involved in my case.
