“The service overall was good. Unfortunately, completion was delayed by a failure of the lawyers representing the lender to process the paperwork in a timely manner. This led us to prompt GW Legal a couple of times to chase a response from the other parties. Once this dialogue with GW Legal had been started, the team kept us informed of progress. If we have a criticism, it is that GW Legal could have been a little more proactive at the outset.”
