“Only dealt personally with Fiona Wise. She provided a great service and kept things on track. When Pure Retirement were being less than constructive she was a shoulder to cry on and provided the glue to keep things together. “I’m not sure of the names of the people I spoke to but I can say everyone I did speak to gave a first class service. Feeling a bit like a fish out of water I was put at ease and everything was explained and sometimes re-explained without being made to feel foolish. I would recommend the company to anyone.”

“I was kept informed at various stages of the transaction and given confidence in GWlegal by this. I wish to keep the stATISTICAL GWlegal kept me informed at various stages of this transaction resulting in a high degree of cofidence having never used your services before. allwent according to plan and completion has now been effected. To keep the statistical part of the procedure correct however, I must point out that the Completion GWlegal has kept me up to date with this transaction at all stages and completion has been successfully achieved. I do have one minor query on the statistical side of the business, the Completion Statement from Aviva says Advance payable to you (i.e me via GWlegal) is £3878.90. On the GWlegal Solicitors Completion Statement the incoming amount is shown as £3,844.38; a deficiency in accountability of £34.52. I am sure you will be able to explain the difference for the record.”

“On an overall GW Legal are very thorough within there works and are truly professionals on what they do. They ensure that the client doesn’t fall into any trouble at later stages. The only criticism I would give is that communication could’ve been a little better. I feel as I wasn’t kept up to date with how my progress was moving along And I had to chase on many occasions. Other than that Tara and Julieann were really helpful.”
