“Very efficient. The case tracker was updated regularly and enabling me to monitor progress of my case through to completion. All Correspondence was received swiftly and the face to face meeting with the solicitor, to discuss the documentation, was arranged and completed within a matter of days, with no delays created. Completion took place on the agreed date, providing peace of mind with a refund of an overpayment being received, into my account, within hours of completion.”
