“We are again very pleased with the service we received from GW Legal, in particular from Kellie Wheelan, for their very efficient and high standards in dealing with both our house sale and subsequent purchase. Very professional and clear, very quick to respond and also understood our personal situation and made us a family feel important. Would highly recommend. We have used GW Legal three times in the past 9 years for house moves and only wished we had joined their premier client club at the beginning! In the best possible way we hope not to be using them again in the near future (hope not to be moving for a while!) but if we were to we would definitely use them again. So glad we went with our FA's recommendation.”

“I was happy with the overall service I received but unhappy about the process of conducting legal and financial business on my doorstep. I think more thought should have been given to privacy and respect for customers. I was able to visit a solicitors office the previous week to sign documents and had visitors to provide services in my home (surveyor, central heating servicing) so I think your company's inflexibility regarding the doorstep transaction is not acceptable.”
