“Everything about HAB reflects, care, courtesy and convenience. The appointment booking system is efficient and easy to use. I always book to see Nurse Christine. “Awful quality first one the rubber dome was missing half and then the second dome came off in my ear to the point I had to go to A&E to have it taken out which was the most painful experience as it was lodge right inside my ear”

Hi Lyndsey, you ordered a pack of open small domes and a pack of power small domes also, I've never heard of a dome with half missing? Did you mean to order a pack of open and a pack of power domes? Is that what you have been wearing, two different types, one on each side? As for the dome coming off in the ear, if it is attached properly to the tube or wire it really should not detach in the ear, normally when that happens it's because you are using one manufacturers domes with another manufacturers tubes / wires that are not compatible. The tubes and domes (apart from ordering open and power domes on the same order which is a little unusual unless your hearing loss is very different from one ear to another) are compatible with the tubes you ordered. Ideally we would have preferred you to contact us directly for advice about this rather than posting a review so we can get to the bottom of this.
