Hi John, I noticed the 3 star review you gave us because you have not yet used any batteries, we try really hard to offer a great service, actually the review is more for the service we provide than the product, but I take your point. Once you have the batteries and are happy with them in your own mind would you consider moving the review to a 4 or a 5? Regards Paul
