Hi Naju, actually you ordered S-Life tubes, which as per the listing are the wrong tubes for Signia Stretta, the description text for the listing is very clear. So the mistake is yours, not ours. Ideally if you were unsure what you were ordering you should have asked for our advice before ordering, we would have happily helped you. When you did order the wrong product, rather than give us a negative review for your mistake you should have simply messaged us for advice and how to organise an exchange. I suggest you contact us via our contact form and ask for our help. If you have placed the tube in your ear canal we will not be able accept back for credit due to hygiene considerations.
