“Order #278913 (14 August 2026) I had a non delivery issue with my order and after some communication with HAB Hearing they sorted it out. The Cedis Aloe Vera Comfort Gel is an excellent product that I use with my custom fit ACS hearing protection. Thank you HAB”

Hi Michael, the first email we received from you was 8 minutes ago, and 5 minutes ago you gave us a 1 star review, give us a chance to respond before giving a bad review. No idea where the original email went. The order must have got lost somewhere in transit, it happens sometimes and we deal with it if we know it has happened, you may note our high level of 4 and 5 star reviews.
