“HAB staff advised me that I had ordered the wrong TV transmitter because I was incorrectly advised by Specsavers. I posted it back and they replaced it by return of post with the correct item. I works fine and transmits the TV sound direct to my hearing aids. They are also less than half the price that Specsavers ask for the same product. Great service I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Excellent service from Janet at HAB Hearing. I needed new domes for my NHS hearing aids. Ordered the wrong ones initially and spoke to Janet who asked me to send pictures of my current domes and hearing aids. Janet called me and explained the correct domes I needed. i would happily recommend them to others.”
