“I have been a customer of HAB Hearing for about 4 years, which is about as long as I've been wearing hearing aids. I found HAB online when I needed various what I would call consumables, i.e. waxguards, retention locks, domes, and on one occasion a receiver. HAB had all requirements, and sent them pretty much by return of post. The prices are good, too. The reason for me going online in the first instance was because the high-street supplier of my devices could not supply the above items over the counter; it was a case of "make an appointment, see an audiologist, that'll be next week". too much faff for me. HAB are to be highly recommended for their absolute 5 star service, and no, I'm not related.”

“Order of batteries arrived in a PO bag as the original envelope had split in transit. Two of the cards of batteries were missing. I contacted HAB telling them of this and attaching photos as proof. I was immediately offered a partial refund for the missing items. This I accepted and the money was returned the same day. Excellent service.”
