Hi Mark, we would understand you are annoyed with Royal Mail if they have lost your package, not sure why you would not contact us directly to sort it out and also, why have you given us a 1 star review? We didn't instruct Royal Mail to lose your order. Please contact us directly to sort this and once sorted let us know so we can ask you for a review on your feedback. Regards, HAB Team
