“Picked up a used Kenwood NXR-810 UHF repeaters recently. Other than it being a little dusty and loosely packaged, I have no complaints. The equipment arrived in a sound undamaged condition. After acquiring the proper CPS software, I had the unit configured and back on the air no short order. I returned a few days later to purchase a network module for the same repeater and Haloid was quick to respond to my email query and get things rolling. Now I'm a Haloid fan-boy!”

“I ordered a refurbed Minitor V pager (I'm old school). It shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it had a bad receiver, which is a risk I acknowledge with older tech, and hard to test for this until it's programmed and tested on the intended frequency. Aside from that, the refurbish job was impeccable. I emailed Haloid, and they immediately put a replacement in the mail, which also arrived quickly and works perfectly. A+ customer service.”
