I've paid my insurance up front for the year taxed for the year but got pulled as I was getting out the car in a pay & display by a p.c.s.I who called for a pc to attend i was given a breath test come back zero but was told because of my licence being expired i would recieve 6points & getting my car seize but because the pc could get a signal he couldn't give me the relevant paperwork so ripped the corner of a A4 piece of paper with his name & number and the details of were my car was being taken. Is this right to seize without relevant paperwork as I've only got until Saturday to sort it

I have been charged with driving 90 in a 70 on the A1 in a hire car, and a further charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver. Is there any point in not pleading guilty?
