A bit disappointed that the writing is on such a slant,I thought would have been straighter,I have had the same item in the past but this was a replacement as the writing on the previous one faded completely .Its a perfect match to my husbands writing but feel
It could have been positioned better .Also I measured my wrist and thought I had ordered the correct size ,however this isn’t a particularly snug fit ,it’s rather loose but I can live with that I guess as I may have measured incorrectly .”

“Excellent. My bracelet with personalised charm broke. I contacted hand on heart who agreed to make a new bracelet. I sent my charm recorded delivery for it to be fitted back on. Great community throughout and so happy to have a bracelet on my wrist again!”

“It was easy to navigate the website and make a choice. Once I’d ordered I was kept updated with the process of my order. It was really easy to send off the precious ashes and I feel like they were handled with care and respect considering the packaging that was sent to supply the ashes in. The necklace took a while to be created after sending the ashes but it was well worth the wait. The packaging is beautiful and I loved that it was supplied with a certificate confirming that the necklace is made with my loved one’s ashes. The little details make all the difference at a sad time. Can’t recommend the company enough.”

“In my order, I tried to put the hand and foot prints where the big toe and thumb were in the centre. However, with my 4 week baby brain I got them muddled up. HoH Jewellery emailed me and and checked if I meant that I wanted the prints with the big toe and thumb in the middle. I replied that that was how I’d tried to work it out but hadn’t got it right. They happily amended my order for me and got to work on my necklace.
They also sent out a 6x4 copy of the prints with my son’s name on card, which I will be framing.
