“My beautiful bracelet I received from my parents on the sad loss of my forever Benji he meant the world to us he was my special furry boy
I received it but sadly it was slightly big this happened the week before Christmas it had to be returned I never thought I would get it back in time for Christmas my parents didn't let on it had arrived when they handed me the gift I opened it I burst into tears it meant so much to me having Benji with me for Christmas Day the staff at Hand on Heart Jewellery went above and beyond to make sure I got it back in time for Christmas you will never know how much that means to me there are no words ....

“Very good quality but make sure it's screwed up tight after filling it up as a few weeks later it had come unscrewed and fell off luckily we did manage to find it”
