“You haven’t delivered 2 orders of mealworms. I went to what I thought was a competitor Branded Garden Products who charged me over £10 for a bag of 5k mealworms £14.05 including postage. I only received a confirmation email from PayPal confirming my payment. When I tried to contact them to ask where my order was from 9/7 - 2 weeks ago. I couldn’t track them down. I went to companies house and PayPal only to discover that the company was Happy Beaks.
My previous order does not appear in my account details so I am helpless.
PayPal have agreed to open a case without my contacting Branded Garden Products first. Happy Beaks will not accept contact from me without an order number. I wrote all this out on the so called chat facility only to be told that nobody was available to talk to me. I conclude that this company is poorly run or dishonest. Service is very hit and miss. I am £20 out of pocket and the nesting blackbirds are going hungry.”
“I have ordered a few times were always short fid go on Facebook and got it sorted out but last time never got most of it said out of stock then eventually came out at my door from yodal I heard a noise and thought I bag burst but when opened both bags were burst all over my floor What a mess sunflower and niger if only one bag sure I could have been fine i said to them but no refund or apology nightmare I will use another company now”
“If I could give it worse than 1 star I would.
I am in a dispute with them. Because only 1 of the 6 items I ordered have arrived. They are slow to respond and I have a different person answering my emails each time.
It is infuriating. Especially as to call them is an 0871 premium number.
I will never do business with them again.”
