“Happy Hot tubs is the best place to buy a Hot Tub from. They are a family business with great family ethics. We bought the Sovereign hot tub at a very good price and Chloe who is very personable and lovely looked after us so well with her superb knowledge of the hot tub which we were interested in. Customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble for the company and Chloe kindly came out for a site visit to make sure the Hot Tub would fit in the space we had and it was installed only a couple of days ago adhering to social distancing by Kelvin and his helper. Chloe, l have to say has been brilliant with advice as we are new to this and she has helped so much from the word go and after sales service is as brilliant, she is immensely helpful with all questions we had. Thankyou Chloe, James, Henry, Kelvin and every one else involved, we absolutely love it and it is even perfect sitting in it even in the rain, can be used all weather's 😎 and we look forward to many years of fun, a perfect way to relax. I can't say enough how wonderful it is. 😍”

“Excellent service. Peter was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. A site visit prior to delivery allayed any problems we thought we may encounter with access. It has been in a week now and we absolutely love it.”

“Happy Hot Tubs - Happy customers As newbies to the hot tub market, Tim at Ditchling gave us great advice about buying one - and we didn't even visit the showroom. We settled on the 3-seater Highlife Jetsetter LX and it was delivered and running within 2 days - amazingly good delivery and installation from James and Eddie, thank you all for making it happen.”

“Having been interested in buying a hot tub for some time I had done my home work and knew that American and Canadian hot tubs were the best. Happy Hot Tubs sold the hot tubs I required so went to the show room in Fareham where we met Chloe. She was helpful and gave us a great deal. We chose the no deposit and interest free option which was so easy to complete. From walking into the showroom it was only a week and a half later that I was sat in my new hot tub. The guys that delivered it we’re brilliant as my garden had some challenges. Can’t thank Chloe and her team enough, especially in these challenging times.”

“Really enjoying or Jetsetter. We've now had for 3 months and use it almost everyday. Fantastic quality product which looks fabulous. Just come off the phone to Paul at the Redditch store regarding servicing and general care. The customer service is second to none. He couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. If you're planning on investing in a new hot tub, there really is only one place to go.”

“I went to Hilliers to meet a friend for a coffee and ended up buying a hot tub! Michael was very helpful and negotiated me a great deal on an ex display model. The guys that delivered it were fab and didn’t mind wading through a water drenched garden to set it up! I have used it every day since I bought it and know we’re going to have a lot of family fun!”
