"Just a quick shout out to Michael at Happy Hot Tubs in Hillier Garden Centre, Botley. Best purchase I have ever made. I bought my hot tub about 6 years ago. Just thought I would leave a review to say how reliable it has been. I have not had one single issue in all that time. The model I chose was the Hot Springs Propel. Nothing better than getting in the hot tub on a glorious day imagining being in the Cost Del So. Just as much fun in the tub in the depths of winter imagining being in the hot springs of iceland. A big thumbs up for Happy Hot Tubs from me."

"Can't recommend Happy Hot Tubs highly enough! From initial consultations with Happy Tim at the Gosport outlet, through pre-delivery notifications to installation day and follow up after-sales service it has been a pleasure.\r\nWe opted for a year old HotSpring Jetsetter LX which is as good as new and ideal for the two of us. We looked elsewhere and were tempted by cheaper tubs with loads of jets, bells and whistles but opted for the Jetsetter as it is American made and has the jets we need for our use rather than far too many to show off with!\r\nThe installation went perfectly with James and the team and the low wall it had to come over was not an issue. We had a comprehensive lesson in use and care on site and the follow up service has (this far) been brilliant, including a visit to our home only three hours after phoning with a slight issue (which was mostly our ignorance!).\r\nHappy Hot Tubs are not the cheapest Hot Tub retailer but the adage of 'you get what you pay for' is so true. We have a top of the range tub that will last for years and more than that, we know that Happy Hot Tubs will be at the end of the phone to sort out any issues or answer any questions. If you are thinking of a tub, go and give them a visit. You won't be disappointed."

"This is a top class company that you can trust with your money. I purchased a new cover and lifter for our tub. It was always going to take a while as it was made to measure. I was kept informed and was offered delivery before Christmas if I wanted it. This was not a must for us so we waited until January. I have only just unpackaged and fitted to our tub. The quality is superb and the price was great value for money. I recommend Happy Hottubbs!"

"Ive waited a couple of months before posting this review, as I wanted to really see how the Hot-Tub worked out. I can honestly say we are so happy with our purchase. HHT in Fareham supplied our Casina FreeFlow tub. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Chloe is very knowledgeable and helped us with our selection and helped us pick the right tub for us. The logistics and delivery went like clockwork, with the guys who installed the tub taking their time to make sure we were happy with the location and fully understood how to look after the tub. We recently took advantage of the 20% discount on our first order in the showroom and were able to purchase all the items needed to improve our experience. Highly recommend the grab-rail as a brilliant feature if you had too much Prosecco getting out of the tub. Well done Chloe & Team."
