“This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been trying to open an account for three weeks, and due to a mistake made by their customer support team, my application will now be reviewed within 25 working days. Absolutely ridiculous! When I tried to submit the form, my address wasn’t available in the list—despite it working perfectly fine in other applications. Extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I called today to check the progress of my profile, and customer support disconnected my call! Bravo, guys!”
