“I had a few issues with my order. Receiving the wrong item for one. That being said the customer service team were very helpful and sorted out the issue very quickly.”

“The jumper arrived really quickly, however there was no correspondence to let me know the parcel had been shipped or anything. It was ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas, and I received it in good time, but then last week I received the email saying the jumper had only just been shipped which seemed odd, so you may want to check that your email alerts are being sent on time, and not a full month after the order had been placed and received!”

“The shop itself was very good, and delivery was very quick. The only thing I would say is that with a product aimed at Rugby supporters, the shop should offer larger sizes. I ordered a large men's polo, which was the largest size. It fits, but I would have felt more comfortable in an XL.”

“The fleece was exactly as ordered; good quality and arrived quickly. The cost of p&p was £4.50p, which was a little expensive for one item. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase!”

“Speedy service & a great product. Luckily the parcel was waterproof as Yodel left the parcel outside in the pouring rain. Not Quins fault though.”

“The multicoloured beanie that you sold me was on the small size, and there didnt seem to be an indication of this on the website when I bought it; this is on contrast to the black beanie, which seems perfect.”

“The website is very easy to use and order was simple to make. My only iussue was with logging into my account. My email was not recognised by the system but I was not able to sign up it said I was a duplicate customer. Dissapointing start but good service when that was overcome”

“I always buy hubby clothes from the Hatlequin for his Dec birthday and Christmas, have done for years and years and he's always been fully knitted out "Quins Style" - love it!! I do not, however, like this years sizing - each and every year, whoever sponsor is, he is an XL, was last year with Adidas but this year nothing fits, he's not changed but I've had to go up a size in both my purchases - which now hang off my shoulders and his - I do not like this one little bit!!!!”

“The goods seem fine but as it is a christmas present he can't try it on yet. What I'd prefer is an actual size rather than 13/14 years of age. In a team are the locks or props the same size as a fly half, even at that age. The shirt is 36" chest.”

“WOULD BE GOOD TO BE ABLE TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER IN YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE PAYMENT MADE, WHICH CURRENTLY ISNT POSSIBLE, RATHER THAN HAVING TO WAIT FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION IN CASE OF ANY EMAIL DELIVERY ISSUES. OTHER WISE VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND PROMPT REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN I EMAILED A QUERY REGARDING THE ABOVE. NEXT DAY DELIVERY DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN IF WILLING TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. GOOD QUALITY T-SHIRTS. ALSO, NEED TO PUT A SIZE GUIDE ON THE WEB PAGE, AS SOME LARGES AND XLARGES IN DIFF STORES CAN VARY GREATLY, TOOK A GAMBLE ON XL FOR MY 18YR OLD AND WAS JUST ABOUT RIGHT, BIT ON THE FITTED SIDE. HE'S NOT MORE THAN A LARGE IN MOST STORES! MANY THANKS TAMI TREWERN”
