“I took a chance as website said customers in Australia purchases would come from Melbourne. So not only was I surprised when the first tracking update said china but was in Chinese as well. Was a birthday present for myself a set of 3 suit cases. They have not replied to my emails and still not item. I guess I'll be doing a charge back on my card then.”
