“Very disappointed with this purchase. There was no ETA or shipping tracking, and it took around two weeks to arrive. The quality is extremely poor, and the sizing is completely off. I ordered a size larger than usual, and it still didn’t fit.
Despite this, they were unwilling to offer return and refund, instead pushing me to try other sizes at my own shipping expense. I ended up putting the product in the bin due to its poor quality without any refund.
I would not recommend buying from them.”
“I purchased over $200.00 worth of clothing. Unfortunately I will never know the quality of them. They used a Courier Company that know one knows, has no answerable telephone. Constantly engaged no matter what time of the day or night you call. The courier they used said they could not deliver because no one was available. They tried to deliver so say after 10:00pm at night to an office block that has over a 1000 people working in it. Which corporate offices work before 8:30 am snd after 4:00pm daily and over the weekends. Personally speaking I think this is a rort snd I sm totally disgusted in it. I have contacted Hartwell for a refund they refuse to pay and just keep referring me to a website that you cannot post to for a redelivery. As promised I will write a negative review every day until I either get a refund. Another complimentary shipment of the clothing I ordered using A reputable freight company like fedex or post office or DHL. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I sm find playing games now- highly dissatisfied customer in Perth Australia.”
