"Terrible customer care from online order, order various products one ( Yves Saint Laurent Make up gift set Coutures Favourites) the gift box inside the perfectly formed box sent in was in an awful state, out of shape and torn. Photos sent in asking for a free returns label to be told I\u2019d have to return at own cost. No way that it could be given as a gift. Not acceptable, very poor customer care"

But they said that is the nature of business...\r\nThe company never respects the customer\u2019s side. \r\nAwful customer service. I will not go to purchase with Harvey Nichols ever. It was my first time and that will be the LAST time. Bad experiences will never come back. "
