Why are your customer services communication so appalling in terms of delivery/ collection dates. Your vehicle turned up today after it was agreed that this date was not acceptable as we had visitors. Next Wednesday 29th May would be better and was planned. Regardless, the driver arrived today, sat outside, vehicle running, checked his paperwork and proceeded to turn his van around and drive off! Had he at least asked we could have let him collect the fault goods. You cease to impress.
