“I do not recommend this company.
At first glance, the website and the company itself look beautiful, premium, and prestigious, creating the impression of high-quality service and reliability. But in practice, I became convinced that behind this image are dishonest people, poor service, and a complete lack of respect for customers.
My order was delivered late, and most importantly, the gift set costing around $260 did not include the actual picnic basket, even though it was clearly stated in the product description and that was the main reason I placed the order in the first place. When I contacted the company, they responded only with automated messages and did nothing to resolve the issue.
To me, this looks like misleading product advertising and extremely unprofessional treatment of a customer. If it were possible, I would give this company 0 points. On my side, I will continue reporting this matter to the relevant authorities.

“BUYER BEWARE!! Incorrect item delivered, unacceptable customer service behavior
Horrible company to do business with. I never thought that a company like Hazelton would engage in such false advertising, scams, and unprofessional practices!
The Item I ordered was "It’s A Girl! Champagne & Diaper Gift Basket." I was charged for the item plus $50 for international shipping. The item delivered did not include Champagne OR Diapers!!! It included a plush bear, baby socks, and a baby hat. I understand that the actual item delivered may not look exactly like the picture on the website, but should be somewhat close to it. It wasn't!! In addition, none of the items described on the website as what is included was delivered!! The delivery did not include any of these:
- French Champagne
- Diapers
- Baby Boots
- Baby Blanket
- Ballon
As if that wasn't enough, the note I requested was not included. Instead, our family received a generic note with the delivery.
I contacted Hazelton's Customer Service and included screenshots of their website and pictures of what was delivered. Their Customer Service just sent back a blurb (clearly a copy/paste from when they deceive other customers) and closed the tickets. This happened multiple times. They did not even try to correct the situation. Their Customer Service practices are probably worse than the false advertising practices this company engages in.”
