“To save UK VAT tax, Health Monthly despatch goods from outside the UK and this leads to all sorts of delays. The customer used to save a bit of money on cheaper goods but in the last year Health Monthly's prices have gone up and up so they are no longer competitive.”

However, as of 24 March 2021 I still have not received the tablets. I have emailed the company a few times but have received no response to date. Wish I hadn't bothered ordering now!! “Order placed in October still has not arrived (1st March). They sent a couple of lengthy excuse emails, asking for me not to place negative feedback and to be understanding that they are doing their best to deal with numerous customer emails. The items were coming from the US. I have not had any other issues with any other companies deliveries since lockdown and find their customer service appalling. They have stopped responding since I requested a refund on 9th February.”

“My order was taken on the 1st November and supposedly shipped on the 22nd November. I contacted Jersey Police to ask them to look at the possibility of fraudulent trading. They weren't very interested as apparently I was the only person to have raised a concern. If more people contact them perhaps they will start an investigation and perhaps the director of the business will be banned from running other businesses?”
