“I’m ordering from Ireland still haven’t got the product as I’ve had to pay import duty. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known as it’s an extra 22€”

“I was recommended this product by Someone who has used it for the same reason as I have sore tender skin after chemotherapy and I can now say after using it for a couple of weeks it does work with healing my skin”

“Excellent price and fast delivery. Only disappointment was the excessive packaging. The one small item arrived in a large, new jiffy bag plus large plastic envelope bag, both rolled multiple times around the plastic bottle. I have recycled the plastic bag and hope to reuse the jiffy.”

“I still haven't received the magnesium tablets despite 4 attempts by Royal Mail to deliver - we have been out each time - we have been very busy and on one occasion had an emergency to deal with - no alternatives were offered. I am now on holiday and do not have the help with sleeping during my trip & was forced to purchase an equivalent in Spain. Please arrange for a full refund. Keith Beeson”

“Very frustrating to be hit with very prohibitive customs charge. Most companies I deal with now have that built in at point of purchase for transparency. Haven’t been affected by this in nearly 2 years”
